Here at Sync Alliance, individual’s happiness is considered to be of the utmost importance. We try our very best to create the feeling of a family environment – we understand the importance of a smile, a laugh, a joke, a listening ear and some kind words.
Our carers
Our founder and Service Manager Timothy Muzangaza cares passionately about his work and has a proven track record in supporting individuals with mental health difficulties, and managing residential care homes and supported living. He has a wealth of experience in providing rehabilitative care services within mental health settings.
Our dedicated and compassionate support staff team are suitably qualified to NVQ Level 2,3 & 4 in health and social care. Our staff team are trained to ensure that service users Rights, Dignity and Choices are upheld and respected at all times.
Our living accommodation
Our accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and “homely” and we’re happy to adjust the decor according to taste. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms as they wish and we’re here to help move things around accordingly.
