Referral procedures

 

 

If you are considering supported accommodation or domiciliary care service for your service users or relative, why not arrange a visit or get in touch with us?

We would ask you to supply information or reports that you feel may be appropriate. At the next stage we will arrange a meeting with the service user to carry out an initial Assessment free of charge. When assessed we will forward you our report along with the breakdown of our costs.

Accomodation and location

​

We offer supported living within the West Midlands area. Typically, our properties are attractive, traditional homes with clean and modern communal living rooms and kitchens, and located in pleasant residential areas with easy access to local amenities. For example, our accommodation in Stourbridge is within easy reach of the park, gym, library, theatre, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, GP surgery, places of worship, adult learning centre and has excellent public transport links.
